ClubTap SMS Concierge
ClubTap is an AI-powered SMS concierge platform available to members of private country clubs that have deployed ClubTap. Members may text ClubTap to get assistance with tee time availability and booking, dining reservations, event information, and general club inquiries — without needing to call the pro shop or club office.
The ClubTap platform is built and operated by ClubTap LLC.
The ClubTap SMS service is available to members of participating private clubs only. Use of the service signifies that you are a current club member in good standing. Your club reserves the right to suspend access for any member whose membership is inactive or terminated.
Message frequency varies based on member inquiries. You will receive responses only when you initiate a conversation with ClubTap. The service does not send unsolicited marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received through the ClubTap service. ClubTap LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel the ClubTap SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message from ClubTap. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
To re-enroll after opting out, reply START.

ClubTap is an AI-powered assistant and may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information. Booking requests and reservations confirmed through ClubTap are subject to availability. For time-sensitive matters or complex inquiries, please contact your club directly.
ClubTap LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by ClubTap.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClubTap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the ClubTap SMS service, including but not limited to missed tee times or reservation errors.
Your use of the ClubTap service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in data will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ClubTap LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the ClubTap service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
